A. Our fees varies depending on the position being advertised but range from 5-14% of the expected earnings. Or our fees can be agreed at a fixed rate.
A. If the candidates leaves the position in the first three months for any reason apart from redundancy we will replace them free of charge. If they leave in month 3 to 6 we will replace the position at a 50% discount on our normal rates
